What is Pilates?

By emphasizing key Pilates principles—such as breath coordination, body awareness, and control—mat classes provide a solid foundation. They are an ideal starting point before progressing to larger equipment like the Reformer.

Reformer Group Classes offer a mindful, low-impact workout that strengthens and stretches your whole body. Using the Reformer machine, you’ll move through gentle, controlled exercises designed to improve strength, flexibility, and balance.

 

With adjustable resistance, you’ll build control at your own pace, making these classes ideal for all levels. Whether you're looking for a relaxing yet effective workout or a solid foundation for your Pilates practice, these group sessions will leave you feeling balanced and connected.

Pilates One-on-One 

Pilates One-on-One sessions are customized to meet your needs with personalized attention. Whether you’re addressing movement challenges or prefer individual guidance, these private classes provide a solid foundation before joining group sessions. We’ll work both on the mat and with equipment like the Reformer, Chair, and Cadillac.
